Welcome to Part 3 and 4 of our Evolution of Bourbon. We start right after the Civil War has ended and whiskey is now being taxed. As stewards of the American Whiskey industry, we have a longstanding belief that it’s our responsibility to care for the natural resources we use to craft our spirits. That way, we can help ensure there’s high-quality Whiskey on shelves for many generations to come.
The truth is, any Bourbon fan would be delighted to unwrap a bottle of American Whiskey this holiday. While there’s nothing wrong with simply sharing the spirit itself, we’d like to recommend some well-matched “plus-up” items that can help turn a Whiskey into the most memorable gift of the season.
