The 2025 Heaven Hill Heritage Collection release is here

We’re proud to announce the 2025 edition of the Heaven Hill Heritage Collection: a 19-year-old Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey.

Released each spring, this highly limited collection features some of the distillery’s oldest inventory of aging Whiskey. Made with the same high-quality craftsmanship we’ve practiced since 1935, our ultra-premium line is a testament to our patience and standard of excellence.

Each release in the Heaven Hill Heritage Collection features one of the six traditional American Whiskey mashbills we produce. The 2025 edition uses Heaven Hill Distillery’s Wheat Whiskey mashbill, with 51% wheat, 37% corn and 12% malted barley. It was bottled at 100 proof and aged for 19 years—making this the oldest Wheat Whiskey in Heaven Hill Distillery’s portfolio. This release is composed of 277 barrels produced in August and September of 2005 that were aged on the fifth and sixth floors of rickhouse Y.

A NOTE FROM OUR MASTER DISTILLER

This edition of the collection has all the hallmarks of a classic Wheat Whiskey—and is enhanced by the extended time it’s spent aging in our rickhouse. The initial notes on the palate reflect its age, featuring aged oak and baking spices, particularly cloves. These elements are followed by the rich, sweet notes of cinnamon graham crackers. Its medium finish is warm, with maple syrup and caramel sweetness mixed with a hint of peppery tingle.

The Heaven Hill Heritage Collection is a testament to Heaven Hill Distillery’s standard of excellence and ultra-aging techniques. It’s complementary to our innovation-focused Parker’s Heritage Collection, which also offers one new release every year. Whiskeys from both collections give fans a glimpse into the commitment to quality, craft and innovation behind our American Whiskey portfolio.

The Heaven Hill Heritage Collection bottle is accompanied by a premium box and label featuring in-depth liquid and production information, such as rickhouse site location, production date, mashbill percentages and other designations.

Fans can look for the Heaven Hill Heritage Collection 19-Year-Old Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey on shelves nationally and internationally on a limited basis.
